This project involves the redevelopment of a green belt site, a former garden centre, to provide new build dwellings through a mixture of detached, semi-detached and terraced housing, along with a small apartment block. The design responds directly to the local surroundings, both in form, grain, aesthetics and site constraints, to provide a positive contribution to the area, along with significant site greening.
