East Bay Close, Cardiff

The project sought to transform a currently vacant site in a prominent location in Cardiff to create exciting and high quality contemporary residential apartments, through a varied mixture of unit types.

 

Complex site pressures, including a railway line to the Northern boundary and a bypass that crosses over the site to the West, influenced the massing to provide 353 Residential Units, complemented by significant site amenity including landscaped gardens, play spaces, internal amenity and roof terraces.

 

Plans and facades have been designed to accommodate the proposed modular construction of the apartments.
